Let me put it in more simple terms for you. (You must be the lowest common denominator.)

Livingston - Adultery
Clinton - Adultery & Perjury

Both committed immoral acts and one committed an illegal act.

Immoral acts are for the people to decide when we vote for re-election. Illegal acts are for a court to decide.

Now can you piece it together?
