I'm presuming Q is holder of the crucial IPR. Gregg has said the company believes as many as 100 of their patents are involved in WCDMA as presently configured. Just like lies, all IPR is not created equal.

If Q is bulldozed on this issue they will have made a miscalculation that will go down in the annals of business history. Of course anything is possible but so far they have proven themselves quite adept despite consequential opposition.

I don't know what it would mean if they lose in court with Ericsson on IS95. I don't know if this is a real or a nuisance suit.

I reiterate, who has the most to lose from a court battle? That is probably the most relevant question?
