Andrew, re

I disagree. BTB indicates that we are still headed in the WRONG direction

sorry, I respectfully disagree with you. It is more important that the derivative turn positive than the slope turn positive. It is the second month in a row that the rate of decrease is slowing. the bottom is near, and the market discounts the future. There is one point on which we agree. This rally is a little ahead of itself, but I'm happy.

Andrew, I couldn't disagree more with the conclusion that you stated.

... BTB indicates that we are still headed in the WRONG direction,...

Look at the underlying numbers. Both Book and Bill are up sharply from their lows. When the Final numbers are in, November Bookings are likely to be nearly double their September low; and billings up more than 25% from the September or October low. The BTB indicates that the low has already been reached; that the upleg is underway. Being misled by a ratio isn't a good investment tactic.

FWIW,
Ian.
