Vandyman,

I'm sure that you will get some informed answers to your questions regarding insider selling, because I don't know the true answer. However, an old friend of mine -- who used to be a professional trader for Lehman -- philosophized about insider selling this way:

There may be a thousand reasons for someone to sell stock (vacation, new home, college for the kids, etc., etc.) and can be completely unrelated to the seller's outlook on the stock's future worth, but there's only ONE reason to buy.

Best Regards,
Hardrocker

The 144's you see are small & to the best of my knowledge are not co officers. Really hasn't had much effect on co.

Vandyman,

1) Registering to sell is not selling. It is prudent to register.

2) Nobody within the company has sold (no Form 4s filed).

3) The total amount of stock registered is minimal.

Good luck with whatever decision you decide to make.
