"I don't know how unexpected this news is but this press release can mean only one of two things. Either DCI is acquiring another company or DCI is being bought. As I mentioned yesterday, there was a lot more to the IXC deal than we all knew. IMO DCI is probably a very good buy at this level. Remember this, the company has always been worth a lot more after the end of every QP. This one will be no different." In the audioconference, Murphy stated that he had no [major] acquisitions pending because he had "too much on my plate right now". So, either something completely unexpected did come up and he couldn't resist buying or else he's not buying but....... and I don't believe a sale of Cyberfax would justify a quiet period, true or no?
