DD.. Perhaps you don't grasp the size and inertia of a military operation of this scale. The last one was called off with planes in the air. Its normal to get the engines started regardless of the final go or no go. The safety and success of conducting any attack rests on gaining the element of surprise. Clinton and every President should clear secret missions with you first, after calling Sadamm, their missile batteries and underground bio labs of course.
