I see what you are saying. I, personally, use my best judgement when to buy when joe recom. a stock. He also stated what is risky or not. I personally think those who get burnt are the ones who lurk on the board. Didn't want to offend ,

And you cause stampedes by calling companies scams, sells etc... Since you short as your stating a company is a sell (and rarely say when you cover). Are'nt you the guy closest to the door when you yell fire? Anthony, please dont get me wrong. I appreciate your "investigations" as much as Joe's "alerts". I just think your argument is hair splitting (and a little hypocritical). If Joe's service is illegal. Than why are'nt every analyst/broker's picks illegal as well? I thought the whole point of the market was to predict where the herd will go. If your good enough - the herd follows you. As always BUYER BEWARE should be the rule. Best wishes
