Bruce.....any of those scenarios would be just peachy :) "I will not even speculate what this QP is about but suffice it to say that I agree with your comments that we are either acquiring, major contract being along those lines, or being acquired. I guess it is always possible that we could be put into a QP before being listed also, just a thought."

I remember Joe saying that he felt the presentation both companies made to the NASDAQ went very well. However they had to wait until they heard back from NASDAQ before moving forward. Wavetech's reverse split this morning tells me both companies received a positive response. Best regards
