(Nasdaq:MSGI - news), an integrated marketing services industry leader, has announced that the Company is in the final stages of completing an acquisition of an entity in the direct marketing industry. Such entity has historical annual revenues in excess of $30 million which when aggregated with the existing proforma revenues of the Company will move MSGI to an annual run rate of approximately $100 million. Closing is anticipated within the month.
