I didn't say you specifically called WAVO a fraud. I said you were using the term within the context of the WAVO discussion and my opinion was when I heard it was that you might be skating on some thin ice legally.

When you say the word fraud, it's a legal term as you well know, but I guess maybe the SEC will see it the same way Alan Dershowitz does when he refers to sexlies. <VBG>

No need to be resentful.

Dude, let it go,
sometimes no resistance,
is the strongest position,

idiots will believe
what they want to believe,
and hear what they want to hear....

I saw the thing, I know what happened. I think it's ironic that CNBC seems to be making a big deal out of it while at the same time, they are treating this Iraq thing like a Holiday Special. Somebody from NBC reports from the lawn of the White House that cruise missiles are on their way to Baghdad, prior to any official word from the government. We cut to Tom Brokaw who says to Kevin Tibble [who is on a roof, reporting "live from Baghdad"], "OK, thanks Kevin, try and stay out of harm's way."

That is beyond idiotic, it is evil. Treating the attack on Iraq like the Superbowl. What's next? Live pictures of the cruise missiles blowing body parts into the air?

26 People Blow Up Live On Geraldo, More Deaths After This Important Message.

I think Kevin Tibble is a moron at best, and I know that there were people behind the scenes at CNBC who were calculating the time it took for cruise missiles to arrive at Baghdad so they could coordinate the cameras on Tom and Kevin and the rest of the fools.

And these people are hassling James Cramer for Doubting the Fast Move Up on WAVO??? (which, BY THE FRIGGIN' WAY, he was RIGHT about....)

Well, you know where they are coming from.

Merry Christmas, Cramer.
BAWK!! :>
