Dear Larry: As we are drawing near to end of qtr. and all indications are qtr was VERY GOOD I seriously doubt that you will see it in the 4's again. Only chance I see of that, assuming no market derailment in general, is if the Mangan transaction were to not be favorable for TAVA. That also highly unlikely if Jenkins is to be believed. The good news is that I am pretty certain you will be in the black no later than 2/15 and very likely before that. JDN

Larry --- not going to hapen today... 2 PM and up! 5 13/s with 251100 vol. At 5X5 the buyers are not knocking the door down as they did earlier,, but the wall @ 6 is thick,,, actually many are waiting @ 5 15/s
