<<<It will be wonderful to see the RR (the same guys who would say that obeying God is much much more important than following the law) defending that viewpoint! ---- "Oh, that? That was just a promise made to God! No big deal!!!!" :-) :-)>>>>

Another ill-informed and psychotic statement from Dippy the Pinhead. You should publish your own cartoon. Make yourself the star, you have enough material.

<<<Looks like the Republicans think that it is OK to lie as long as the lying wasn't done under oath in a court of law!!!! >>>

No one thinks lying is OK but it's not against the law unless you do it under oath in a courtroom you brainless ignoramous. Perjury is about lying in court usually about events that have occurred that you have knowledge of and purposely lie about. If you knew anything about law or religion you'd know that marriage vows are completely relegated to the religious side of a marriage ceremony and have nothing to do with the legal license to marry. Even the strictest religionists believe that vows you break against God are punishable by God and those vows you break against the state are punishable by the state.

<<<Looks like the Republicans think that it is OK to lie as long as the lying wasn't done under oath in a court of law!!!! >>>>

Gee, for an left wing wacko agnostic you sure have a helluva time with the separation of church and state.

<Whoa! Taking an oath in front of your GOD, whom you place above everyone else, is just a little "promise" that you can break with nonchalance?!>

Don't put words in my mouth Dipy.

I never said it wasn't as important. I merely said it wasn't illegal.

Breaking your oath to your wife and God is between you and God. I and the court system have nothing to do with that. However, lying under oath is under the jurisdiction of our court system.
