No, YOU said the evidence indicates suicide. Starr said only that there was not enough evidence to dispute the police report of suicide. The whole reason the death is suspect is because of evidence indicating a staged suicide and/or a body dump. Such little notables as the fact that no dirt was on the soles of his shoes -even though he'd have to have crossed a wet/muddy field to get where he was found, indicate otherwise. Likewise, a headshot which leaves no blood outside the body is Most suspect since it is either not the cause of death or the blood is elsewhere -like the actual place of death. Reasons like these are why "Vince Foster was murdered" not because "we don't like Bill". See, the intelligent folks figured these things out a while ago.
