Elliot,

This is a little spreadsheet I run on all my stocks. It has helped me quite a bit in recent months. This isn't brain surgery -- just some basic math that offers a lot. It appears that the .40 cent ASK is just about as low as it wants to go lately.

It also tells us that the vast majority of owners of this stock are actually quite new to it with very little tax-loss selling remaining.

These are ALTS numbers:

No.# Date Volume High Low Ceiling Floor
1 12/18/98 112 0.406 0.343 0.479 0.414
2 12/08/98 131 0.450 0.430 0.513 0.400
3 11/12/98 149 0.580 0.470 0.597 0.413
4 10/29/98 507 0.510 0.300 0.640 0.407
5 09/25/98 160 0.700 0.470 0.618 0.411
6 09/23/98 123 0.710 0.450 0.492 0.334
7 09/22/98 148 0.445 0.312 0.365 0.277
8 09/18/98 300 0.320 0.240 0.323 0.257
9 09/09/98 151 0.330 0.280 0.342 0.260
10 09/08/98 123 0.320 0.250 1.013 0.813
11 08/27/98 172 0.375 0.250
12 03/09/98 130 2.344 1.938

You had mentioned how you were having difficulty buying at .40 or under...
