Oh but he did. The radical republicans set out a nice trap for him too.

Is that right? How can I find out about this? I have been looking for a synopsis of what happened ot Johnson on the web, but no luck.

TigerPaw. Do you know what perjury is? It doesn't sound like it

Oh, ok too fast for you. All right I realize I'm dealing with the same criminal intellect as the republicans have to put up with so I'll break it down into the elements:

1) Bill Clinton lied under oath in two separate legal proceedings to affect the outcome of a legal case which the Supreme Court specifically ruled was relevant and pertinant to his testimony.>>>>This means his testimony (lying) was material or he wouldn't have been forced by the SUPREME COURT to testify in the first place!

2) Lying under oath is illegal and, when proven material, is known as 'perjury'.

Of course, now you'll argue about the ruling and VRWC of the Supreme Court.
