The outcome is already known.

Here is another way to look at it. Everybody now pretty much knows that the House will vote to impeach as it appears that the vote will be strictly based on partisan politics.

The second thing is that it is going to be a little harder to get enough votes for an impeachment in the Senate so that is still up in the air.

Thirdly,even if the verdict is to impeach from both the House and Senate the outcome has little to do with the economy so my contention is that any adverse effect on the market will be transient at best.So sure the market may react by giving up a few hundred points but shouldn't have a long lasting negative effect.Just a thought.
