Here's no surprise Iraq-Aziz-Butler Baghdad Aziz said "Butler has...has killed his job. He is chairman of the Special Commission in New York but he is no longer chairman of the commission in Baghdad. Aziz said Iraq could no longer accept both U.N. sanctions and the arms inspectors from UNSCOM (United Nations Special Commission). ''Iraq cannot tolerate both sanctions and UNSCOM. Sanctions have to be lifted . When the sanctions are lifted we can accommodate the work of the U.N. and the security council correctly and honestly,'' Aziz said.
