No. The charges involve denying another US citizen a fair chance to prove an alleged violation of her civil rights in a civil lawsuit. They involve submitting an affidavit which he knew was false into evidence in a civil lawsuit. They involve using the power of his office to conceal his lies, his deceit and the fact that he is a contemptible, porcine lout. They involve coaching and cajoling others to lie in his defense. The charges are serious and substantive. He must be removed. JLA
