Restricted shares are somewhere around 60 million. Therefore the O/S are around 180 Million which leaves us with a float of around 120 Million. I do not know what debt the company is carrying at this time, but I find it hard to believe this company is worth only .007 per share even if you factor it at 200 Million Shares. A stock buy back at these prices would seem to be the thing to do, of course that will depend on the company's cash situation. I still like the potential of this little company particularly at these prices. I must free up my schedule and get down to Florida.
