MSN---I have to agree with Tony here...(inside) The offer will be raised. The offer is not for a buyout,but for controlling interest in the company.I believe that the offer was just a feeler and that Oaktree probably has a one dollar figure stashed in their thinking somewhere. Buying all shares is something that could happen later on down the road,but not now. First we have to see how Emerson reacts to the offer and go from there. REGARDS========TONY ROME===========
