Our military was involved in Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand and Laos, as a result of Vietnam, up until 1975. Do the math before you continue with your ill-informed blather. The conflict and people in our military were still in harms way even up until 1977. I am surprised that such an adept expert in military matters didn't know this.
