John, "The deal covers all S3 and Intel patents for certain semiconductor products, a “bus” license for current and future Intel processors, and the selection of S3 as an Intel development partner. Intel plans to validate S3 to make products that work with Intel's AGP 4X technology." This from a story at MSNBC website. The part about *all* patents for *certain* products really tells me a lot. Why would FTC not allow? Because it's Intel? JP O&U Almost 10x the average volume!!
