They are not very helpful in this regard. However, I've learned from a very reliable source that, if you make it clear that the purchase is for personal use (e.g., use the home/home office section to order a computer), they will not charge sales tax. But if you are purchasing as a business (e.g., use the "businesses under 400 employees" group to order, they charge sales tax. However, I cannot confirm from personal experience.
