Mark, It says absolutely nothing, It has some financials through Oct'97 and a list of Reg S4 filings through last summer. About the only thing of possible interest was Mr Norton listed as a Manager with salary xx. xx is considerably less than the estimates that Mr. 2 put forth last summer also. The document ws published Oct 14 '98. I only got 1 page downloaded, perhaps there were more. jb3 edit - I rechecked chucas link and it only points to a document for 10/14 with 1 page. I did not see and for documents for Dec '98
