<--OT--->Just an observation. Lee: Four Republicans wouldn't cut it as they need another 11 to avoid the perceived outcome,I think. Also shouldn't the 'perjury' thing be taken with in the context of the definition of the 'act' given to bubba by the council or whatever,notwithstanding what the popular and accepted definitions are? I don't know,I am all confused now.<g> Anyway without getting into the legal aspect of it all,to impeach a president on account of getting a 'little on the side' seems rather trivial,particularly considering there is well established precedence to the thing and besides the accusers aren't exactly Pope-reincarnates.<vbg> I am not arguing the finer points of the situation and the law but just thinking out loud is all.This whole mess looks like a dubious exercise to an 'outsider' and quite partisan.The 'holier-than-thou' demeanor of some of the participants are quite amusing to a casual observer,which is what I think I am. Well 'nuf of my ramblings,got go need to make some money before the market closes.
