What I liked about it is that Oaktree buys stock of companies
that are undervalued. Malcolm has been saying all along that
MSN was way undervalued. He is right again.

Although this is a term often used in reorganization
proceedings,what I believe it implies here is simply
changing the balance of debt. In this case it probably
is a case where the the long term financing would be
reconstructed
Anything is possible so we will just have to wait
and see how Emerson responds.
