Regarding DLJ Direct cancel orders, "I usually have to call, get the orders cancelled & cleared out, then I can resume trading."

I've gotten to the point that as SOON as I put a cancel order in on my screen, I call up DLJ, wait for my call to go through, and more times than not, haven still not had my cancel confirmed on my screen, I then have to ask them to cancel for me.

Everything else is great about them. Looking at MBTrading. Hmm.
