John ==With all due respect,my goal on this board is to help the people that are less informed, and I do my best to help them understand,if it is in an area I am familiar with.I don't consider what I said as a minor point of jargon. "Emerson Radio receives takeover offer",in this case refers to controlling interest,and 60 per cent of the company is not 100 per cent. That could possibly come later. I apologize if you feel offended,but consider all the investors that read this board to gain information.I simply did not want these people to confuse Controlling Interest with Buy-Out.
