>>Nothing Clinton said was
material to the judgement.

Clinton paid her $850,000 so there wouldn't be a J. However, another court find his statements to be material.

As we all know that line of reasoning was over turned in a subsequent decision which occurred after the dismissal but while the case was pending appeal to say nothing of the possible effect that such testimony, if truthfully given, may have had in the Judge making the decision in the first place. Mr. Clinton may not hide behind the fact that the case was dismissed since he could not know at the time what was material or not material in the Judge's discretion and he was bound by his oath as an officer of the Court to answer truthfully and to act with candor toward the tribunal. He did not. He then repeated the same lies to the GJ. He used his office to conceal his relationship and the fact that he lied. He asked others directly and indirectly to lie for him and to conceal evidence. Criminal. JLA
