Well I finished doing some FA today and WLA looks very attractive. Normally, I would go out and just buy it but from now on I want to apply P&F logic to it.

WLA is:
RS Buy
RS X
Above its BSL
but is currently on a sell signal.

Also PO of 107.

Do I wait until 79 to pull the trigger? If I wait until 79, the Risk/Reward Ratio would be a little better than 3:1 (assuming the stop at 71).
