had explained it to me like that. Thank You!.....

The reason for a short of the box is that if you hold a issue in the U.S.
of say 100,000 shares and your a office or director of the company with
the registered shares they cannot be sold or you must file a form with
proff of the sale. Yet if you short it aginst the box using the stock
as the holding item it's the same as a sell and later you can buy it back.

I'm not saying this would be done but why not? As it's about the only type
of a sale that one could do without notificaiton to the SEC of the sale.
Must have been someone who came up aginst that in the past.

Some of the actions are just a guessing game of what is going on within
the stock trades and why they seem slow for weeks and pick up so fast on
no news. Ya ever wonder? hmmmm
