This Quiet Period WILL not be quiet as before DCTC news is on IIXC site (IIXC up $3 3/4 today)and ITEL site also(ITELD dramatically went from$7/8 to $2 3/8 when people notice ITELD is not ITEL and ITELD is for DCTC). when any of three companies(DCTC,ITEL,IIXC)talks, it means DCTC is talking. STRONGER THAN EVER. GO DCTC!

KS, <<<<Well, we just finished the l-o-n-g-e-s-t quiet period in company history. Let's hope (and pray!) that this one will be the shortest -- and most lucrative>>>> I can't see this one going past the end of January. Joe has issued press releases during the last long one so we could see something before this one ends. My intuition tells me that this QP does not have anything to do with the AMEX so that is potential good news between now and the special meeting next quarter. Best Regards
