OK..Options 101 is now open...

Hypothetical situation:

Joe Poor, generic small investor, has an extra $2000 lying around the house. He has always wanted to try options trading but has no experience and has always been a bit scared of it. Then he sees CMGI and says "Eureka!", maybe this is the one. What would you tell old Joe? Stay with little fish tactics, or try out a teensy weensy little options play here. If choice "b", which would you suggest? Mind you this situation is PURELY hypothetical! ;-)

99 9/16 at 16:18 w/ a 5000 share size, per quote.com. No notation to indicate it was a trade from earlier in the day. This is the afterhours quote given by dailystocks.com as well. Looking for another good week beginning Monday. Appreciate everybody's comments and insights. Enjoy the weekend.
