I think it was call sellers having to buy stock to close. It looked like a raid or two was tried in the afternoon to knock the market down but it didn't work.

Nice action at the close today.

Now, we need to see a runup to earnings, and maybe
some relief rallies when the impeachment and Iraq situations
unwind themselves. Also, we have only positives I think to
come from Microsoft vs. DOJ.

Just want the February series of options to come out. I'd
like to roll up to the February 140's, wait for Jan 17 or
whenever earnings come out, if there's a split announcement
hang on to them, if no split announcement sell the day after
earnings come out. Why am I posting all this? Why not!
Nobody else will do this anyways!

Heck I've been telling the people at work to buy AOL for the
last 200 points! And nobody has. Partly because they don't
have any money.
