On one hand I kind of like the idea they are being paid to a large degree, in stock. They must obviously feel very good about the long term prospects of this company...... and lets face it, you need to look at the top first and foremost, before you can get any indication what it looks like inside. One thing that concerns me is what kind of restrictions have been put, if any, on how this stock can be sold by the major players. In other words.....If I am paid mostly stock over a fair period of time, it would be smart to assume that I will need to convert stock to cash, since I can't pay my electric bill with stock certificates, nor can I buy my Wife that new Mercedes she has been wanting. So, we have these folks stockpiling alot of shares.....moreso, then if they were on straight Salary with your typical perks.......I would be curious to see what, if anything the company has outlined as far as how they work this whole thing. When they are paid, is it on a pre-set stock price or the current trading price at that time ? Are they required to hold it for any amount of time prior to selling and etc, etc, etc.....I would just hate to see this baby make a move and then get held back because people start selling in droves. I would also be curious as to who has how many shares and how exactly the shares are dispursed as salary...but I guess we will hopefully find all this out before too long.
