I'm not up on all the stock vocabulary, which comes from my being relatively new investor. So could someone explain or clarify what is meant when jrc1 said "Or are they diluted?"? much appreciated.

Your 5,000 shares at $20 per share would be worth $100,000 regardless of how many shares WCTI issues in a secondary.
