The Three day news rule...

Yes I too heard of this...its simply a common sense
type of assesment. Not everyone is home watching the
stock during the day. Not everyone checks the news
everyday and certainly not everyone trades online.
So its basically based on that asumption. People
becoming aware of this news tonight and over the
weekend most likely will have buy orders in for
monday morning ( can you say "Gap up"? !!!)
I have several portfolios on yahoo of stocks that I
just watch for the hell of it...sometimes I notice
a nice swing up but notice that the only news that
is new is several days old. I think that once the price
hits a buck, In my opinion, most of the shorts will be
gone. CDNOW and KTEL + the others are all over 10.00
a share and DO NOT have the music card. what...jump off
a moving train?? not me pal!!!
