Nice point Joe. Wouldn't you think there would be some agreement that could make both parties better off that would be closer to the outcome that would occur with ERICY buying the Q but without actually having to do the bloody merger? I.e. there is clearly a "pareto optimal" solution but will they find it?

BAck to FUD and A comment - if none of the players in the press release are CDMA operators doesn't this suggest that the "compromise" will not have the beneficial influence of say a DDI/DDO to push the chip rate towards 3.6xxx? Just reading the tea leaves and wondering....
