No they issue KTEL stock to the legal offices.

This is the perfect convertible. If the price goes up, they'd issue a bit less. But...

IMHO delisting would never happen. The KTEL show must go on and with a stock attracting that heavy turnover, all (including the MMs) are happy making money.
