When I do that type of calculation I try to normalize with respect to bid and ask. Did the stock close the day before at the bid? If not, it may be more meaningful to compare bid over bid or ask over ask or average the two to get a more realistic true gain or loss.

I wouldn't much worry about the movement in the next two weeks. We will be at $40 soon enough IMO.

I knew about the streeet.com article allof Friday, but I did not know about the sales figures until Friday evening. I think that will be the case for many investors, as the info is not on Bloomberg or Dow Jones news service. Monday could be big.
