Frost,

I don't think money is that big an issue concerning Wilson. The guy has a lucrative salary and 1/2 million shares of stock. He sold 30,000 shares last year in July for over $1,000,000.00. I would say that if I were in his shoes I wouldn't give a hoot about "compensation" packages. My only concern would be the exact price per share in a buy out. If Wilson negotiates a sale for Vivus @ $15.00/share he walks off with over $7M in his pocket. With that type of money he can do whatever his tiny heart desires. He can retire and buy a small island in the tropics or if his damaged ego needs stroking he can start his own private company that he can lead into destruction. After all he IS qualified and well experienced at these things.
