Good luck to you. I won't be buying for $8 or $9. My advice, FWIW, is to sit back and watch for a few weeks. You can probably buy MUCH cheaper. In fact, I would venture to guess that it will not finish out next week over $5. I seriously doubt if it can close at $5 on Monday alone. Let's hope I am wrong. Not sure how the CEO could not know it was coming. After all, he is the one that had to approve it. He had to have signed the documents before the lawyers submitted them. It could very well be a real company like you say. That is not going to change the fact that there are going to be some VERY pissed off shareholders on Monday.....and this thing is ripe for a tax loss sell-off.
