War always kills more innocents than guilty. Terrorism always kills more innocents than villains.

I've heard that Saddam was getting ready to do some nasty things while Clinton's hands were tied by the impeachment. If so, then Saddam might've had some key equipment exposed. Perhaps this attack is doing some real damage.
