Cohen had been a Republican for what some 25 years? He didn't change parties or Philosophies. He just accepted the Sec's job. The case for action has indeed become more compelling as Saddam has been thumbing his nose at us as every Republican has pointed out after the last non bombing. If the US is to have any credibility we either change policy or implement this one.Personaly I think this policy is a failed policy and we should re think the whole situation.
