You still haven't addressed the point that the Special Counsel is the creation of the Hypnocrats.

What do I care who wrote it? It's a bad law, some attempts at reform don't work.

There is no doubt that is is a chain in the events, but it is really K.Starr's lack of character that brought the law into it's current disrepute.
