Have a passionate love for hockey, which is now enjoyed through cheering my off-spring's activities. That's where the enjoyment of ice ends. Have an equally passionate disliking for the white stuff that can appear on one's wings while IFR, which as you obviously know, causes an adrenalin gusher. No experience (yet) with the big "V" drug. (g) The little tiger in the hangar is a tiny two seater that looks like a tadpole on a tripod while on the ground, but is beloved by the air mass in that it slips through it effortlessly. A very quick (300 mph) tadpole to be sure. Cruises at 285 mph @ 13 U.S. gallons per hour, which is cheaper than shoe-leather. Jim Griswold, a close personal friend for 25 years, designed it. He is a true engineering genius in my opinion and a complete gentleman to boot. I count myself fortunate that he knows my name, never mind that he's a friend.

My attitude towards aircraft is exactly like the attitude of the guys in "Days of Thunder" towards race cars,...."almost as good as ,....", well maybe not yet. (g)

Best, Earlie.
