Don't know where you live but I must say my experience here (Lakewood, CO) is
quite the contrary. From the technician that came and installed the "goods" to the
people at tech support I have talked to. I was surprised by the knowledge when I
called tech support and the guy even gave me some hints where to go and how to
manage my account better.

The customer service I have experienced so far has been 10 times better than
TCI's customer service.

I thought that was the general consent of the market?
Am I wrong about some report circulating about better customer service provided
by the ISPs?
