Thank you Frank.
It was good of Tom to consent to posting the E-mail.
Now that should silence a lot of bickering. Next? <g>

A 1 for 5 RS isn't so bad. It could actually be a
good thing long term. It first has to get over the evident
obsticles, then just maybe, the company can continue
on its path and the stockholders can patiently hold and
profit from it. I know that most everyone now is sitting
with red in their AVBC stock account. Well, I can't tell
you what to do, but you have the option to average down.
If you were going to sell, IMO you should have already
done so. If you choose to remain in AVBC, allow the
company a little time and see if it pays off. Selling
has always been a option. Painful as it sometimes is.
Remember, this is the bb market and is IMO the riskyest
market to be in. See your financial advisor. <gg>

If Tom has communicated to Frank, Tom (or co. rep) can also communicate with all the other stockholders. So, IMO, here is
your opportunity to ask Tom questions. If you don't get answers,
then vent it on this thread. Remember, every question you
ask may not be answered. There are rules and regulations
every insider must follow. It may be best for one EM be
sent to Tom and his answers can be sent to everyone gathered
on a list. But this is JMO you have your own.

Thanks Frank!!

Appreciate you're going to the trouble to get permission to post TG's email.

I would suggest that TG also might wish to include a shareholder's newsletter with that initial 8-K filing in January(?) explaining some of the troubles he has faced and why he has made some of the decisions he made. He also could elaborate on prospects for the future.

Regards,

Ron
