From what's been said so far I wouldn't be concerned about this insider selling at all i suspect it is just part of the normal process of recycling money from the market back into the company. Probably the next thing will be an announcement that the warrants attached to the PP have been subscribed, putting another $12 million in the treasury. Where else are the subscribers going to get that kind of money. It's all in a good cause and it's SOP.
