Nobody really uses them for fishing. That's a scam to "sell" the boat to the wife and kids. I'll ask the NMMA what percentage of outboards are used for skiing and fishing, but you aren't going to like the answer. Remember, you're in my area of knowledge. I see the vast majority of modern outboards on fishing boats, with the balance on pontoon boats. I can't even recall the last time I saw one in any other application. Remember, 2S DFI has one GIGANTIC flaw. Inferior lubrication. They can never have the life of a 4S motor. And Yamaha has just proven that the weight issue (2S is lighter) is a fallacy until you reach the really large motors. They've shown their hand in that they will go HPDFI 2S, but not at what HP. And they have the marine cat working too. I kept telling you that the resources of anyone competing in F1 aren't being appreciated. God knows what Honda has up their sleeve. Now low sulfur fuel is about to appear (don't kid yourself, the prospect of lowering the emissions output of EXISTING engines is huge). Yes, due to OE dicking around, the carpet could be pulled right out from under them. Their junkyard PR let their story go unnoticed, and alternatives already have their foot in the door. I think it's more likely than not that widely available low sulfur fuel would turn OCP into Betamax, be it 4S or 2S. This stock will go nowhere if it all it has are the limited revenues of scooters and jetskis. 30,000 engines a year in two years. What a joke. That link posted earlier this week to that company with sulfur removal technology is lookin' real good. Siemens+Mercury+Bombardier+Tohatsu+Lotus+Sundiro+Aprilia-BHP-RGC-RS=$3
